- Completed apprenticeship as a butcher, cook, or food technologist
- Professional experience in industrial production, particularly in the food or feed industry
- Dedicated, reliable, punctual, and motivated work style
- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation
- Valid forklift license is advantageous
- Good German language skills
- Driver's license and own car for commuting to the workplace
